've finished my Manos Scarf done in vertical herringbone stitch. I think it came out fabulous:
I wanted to post this before I went to bed.
P.S. I'm also wearing a sweater I knit in med school. It was finally cold enough to wear it.
Now I'm working on a sock.

No More Manos Scarf Confusion
K, so I'm a little loose in the head. For some reason I have yet to fathom, I wasn't able to get the pattern to work as directed. However after frogging my version of the scarf with 31 stitches, I cast on 30 stitches again and amazingly the pattern worked just fine!
