A Question of Barack’s Blackness
OK, I’ll say it. Dumbass Debra Dickerson, author of The End of Blackness, and proponent of the idea that Barack Obama is not black, gets spanked by Stephen Colbert on The Colbert Report.
I get so tired of The Blacker Than Thou crowd deciding what the criteria are for being black. How many times did I hear idiocy like, “you don’t talk black,” or “you act white.” What the hell is that?
And since I am the descendant of Afro-Caribbean slaves, by her definition, I am not black either.
I am so glad that Stephen Colbert tied her up in her own stupid reasoning.
