The Cutest Polar Bear Ever
Everyone,
Thanks for all your thoughts and feedback on my last post. I know that people probably meant no harm, but I think Psychobabbler’s comment touched on what I’ve felt was the underlying message behind the statement:
(1) I think on some level the comment arises from the assumption that “biological is better” and they’re saying you got a really good “reproduction” of the “real thing.”
And that jangles with me quite a bit.
I’ve got more to say on the subject (and several other subjects) but I’m running around like a lunatic preparing for my trip to China tomorrow. My hope is that since I will be there for a week (sadly without my Yummy Girl), I will have time to catch up with my blogging that I have neglected. But I didn’t want to let today pass without posting pics from yesterday of The Cutest Polar Bear ever!
Please note the look that says, “Mommy, what the heck is going on?! You’ve got me ensconced in a rug on a hot day and I don’t know why!”
