I use the "Ped Egg" I LOVE IT! It is this llittle 'as seen on tv' thingy that is shaped like an egg but the texture reminds you of a microplane (like in the kitchen grater type thingy) but it catches all the dead skin. I use kerasal too on my feet and do the sock ritual at night. It works like a charm. I LOVE to go barefoot, so my little ritual cures all that ails my tootsies. You can get the egg at Bed Bath and Beyond or on the website pedegg.com (I think you get 2 for 10 if you call in)

WAIT! Did you go to the spa without me? *karatechop*

I just lost my last post! My derm always recommends (despite its low tech approach)
kerasol. I shower or bathe, slather it on (it is an ointment), put on a pair of lightweight socks for an hour, and then go barefoot after that (no greasy residue). It helps to soften the hard callouses, as well as shed them. A two in one product that really works. A couple of uses, and my feet are normal again, and I can go back to using whatever creams I feel like. It is a miraclous cure to "Arizona heel" that we ALL get out here - what with the high temps, low humidity, pool use, barefeet on hot surfaces, and sandals. Hope it might help you too.

(Walgreens, Target, and Walmart all sell it around here.)

Using proper shoes is important for feet too. Last time I got my feet like your picture was when my shoes was too small.
