It is remarkable how bad my feet can be, and Kerasol still works. I still use other creams that I like the scent or feel, but if I simply remember to use the Kerasol every once in a while my feet are set. My other favorite, which is a plain cream (no Salicylic Acid type ingredients), is the Body Shop's Body Butter in Coconut with Coconut Oil for Very Dry Skin. Smells like vacation but not in a cloying way. I use both of these on my rough elbows too. I just used the Kerasol tonight, and my feet are currently thanking me for having done so!
